**Post-Op flash;** Working overnight *(as too often I do, putting together content),* guilt hit reminded of the many curious inquiries since surgery about the *'girls'* post-op recovery.  Focused on trying to get content I had recorded pre-op posted, not realizing how *behind/recordings forgotten/and the such* I had, on top of anticipating a similar length of recovery as when *(foolishly)* I had decided to get the *'girls' (thankfully a breeze in comparison).*  I'm sorry for neglecting post-op posts. 

As several individuals have pointed out over time, it wasn't immediately apparent that I had undergone breast augmentation. Personally, I've also observed that, with just a quick glance in the mirror, I can discern a modest difference of about one or two cup sizes in a bra, without scrutinizing it closely. Prior to getting implants, I was maintaining an extremely low body weight, so the transformation from nearly flat-chested to a small C-cup was quite noticeable. However, since then, I've off and on dedicated myself to regular exercise and a healthier diet. Following the explant surgery, which I believe involved around 220 to 320 cc's, the change isn't particularly dramatic unless you're someone with a keen interest in breast aesthetics.

I will always scrutinize my self image, though thankfully I'm night and day better at being my own worst critic. I'll get to more post-op photos, but here's a little something for now.  If anything, I must say I appreciate the squishiness of my natural breasts over the obvious gummy-bear that held somewhat firmly under the skin.  Regardless of looks, I'm happy to feel *'me'* ...for a lack of better words. 🙇🏼‍♀️🥰
