Halo all, had a great #chestday routine at the #gym tonight. I was feeling drained and thought I wasn’t going to have a good workout tonight. But, thankful to say I was wrong. I was able to make it through both cardio exercises, only problem I had. For some reason when on the #elliptical my right palm was hurting a bit. Even getting stiff and sore. Aside from that I was feeling great tonight. Time to get gym clothes ready for the workout tomorrow.
