Came out for a wee dander to check the elderberry situation and I get here and ALL the bushes have been cut back. I’ve never seen them this cut back either it’s sooooo sad. 

Sad for the now small trees that were once big n bushy and sad that I can’t make any elderly syrup from local freshly picked berries 😥
